    Course Overview 

    This diploma programme is aimed at producing an all-round and well-trained graduate in all aspects of Human nutrition and dietetics including covering applied nutrition, community nutrition and clinical nutrition.

    Course Objectives 

    The specific objectives of the Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics diploma are to:

    (a) Offer opportunities for students to develop professional competencies in the areas of Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics, which will help them, improve the health and nutrition status of the people they will serve;

    (b) Prepare students with professional competencies necessary for employment in institutions, industries and organizations related to their field of training or for self-employment; and

    (c) Develop research skills in the area of Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics aimed at improving the quality of life of individuals and communities.

    56. Diploma in Organizational Behavior

    Course Overview 

    Develop a deeper understanding of human behavior in an organizational setting. Through this professional graduate certificate, you gain insight into strategies and methods that cultivate and strengthen group performance, resource management, and organizational dynamics.

    Course Objectives

    •             Understand human behavior in a variety of organizations through communication, motivation, group dynamics, leadership, power, performance management, technology, and organizational design and development.

    •             Build a foundation in interpersonal effectiveness, organizational conflict resolution, talent recruitment, training, labor relations, and legal issues.

    •             Acquire knowledge in focused topic areas, such as change management, self-and-team management, and leadership communication.
