Conflict happens in an organization when interests, values, goals, strategies, needs of employees and management differ. Conflicts are inevitable in any organization; the challenge is in identifying and effectively plugging them. Conflict Management Course is intended to provide training on identifying conflicts within an organization, and get conceptual knowledge of conflicts.
